12. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping terms shall be confirmed by both parties before order confirmation. Common trade terms may include EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, or other agreed terms.

Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, local charges, destination port fees, delivery fees, and other related costs shall be borne according to the agreed trade terms.

We may assist customers in contacting freight forwarders or logistics partners, but unless otherwise agreed, the final shipping arrangement, cost, risk, and customs clearance responsibility shall follow the agreed trade terms and written confirmation.

13. Risk and Responsibility During Transportation

After goods are delivered according to the agreed trade terms, the risk of loss, damage, delay, or additional cost during transportation shall be transferred according to the agreed delivery terms.

Customers are advised to check the goods, packaging, quantity, and condition as soon as possible after receiving the shipment.

If there is any visible damage, shortage, or logistics problem, the customer should keep photos, videos, shipping documents, and other evidence, and contact us promptly.

14. Returns, Refunds, and Claims
